HOW DOES THE WEBSITE WORK?

WAGWAN brings together the world’s most innovative designs directly from South Korea. We are primarily an online Boutique, and your products are directly sent from our Headquarters in London, which guarantees a fast delivery service within the UK, and a varying delivery service to all other parts of the Globe, depending upon location. All delivery times are displayed at Check Out.

 

ARE ITEMS GIFT WRAPPED?

All our products are standardly wrapped in 100% Recyclable packaging. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us once you have made your purchase. Please use the Contact Information link at the bottom of the website under ‘Useful Links’. 

 

WHY IS IT THAT SOMETIMES THE PRICING IS NOT ROUNDED UP?

You may think some pricing looks a little random in that we never round up. The reason for this is that we constantly review and adjust our pricing in relation to the current market, to offer you the best value.

 

WHAT SHIPPING OR CUSTOM CHARGES DO I HAVE TO PAY?

All Shipping and Custom charges are included at check out, including Shipping Promotions within or outside the UK.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

WAGWAN accepts all major credit cards including Google and Apple Pay. 

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES PER ORDER?

You can find the expected delivery time per item by visiting the Shipping page on the WAGWAN website.

  

WHERE’S MY ORDER?

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We offer a tracked delivery service and you can find the tracking details which are emailed to you as a notification soon as the parcel is shipped.

   

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

If an item hasn’t arrived, please retrieve the ‘tracking details’ from the email shipping notification. If so, you will then be able to keep track of where your order is. If a product hasn’t been tracked and it’s taken longer than expected, please contact us directly via Contact Information or Support links, under the Useful Links at the bottom of the website.

  

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return or exchange any item* within 30 days from receipt of delivery.

If you wish to return a product, you will need to:

Contact Customer Service directly and inform them of your order number and the item you wish to return.

Arrange to ship the product back, using a trackable and signed for delivery service. This cost will need to be incurred by us.

Once a return has been received and accepted, we will arrange for a refund back to the original payment method (this may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement), or for a credit note to be issued for the WAGWANMAN website.

Items returned must be in their original condition.

Products not eligible for a return or exchange, include:

  • Products that are part of a promotion/discount;
  • Products marked “Sale”;
  • Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

If a product is faulty (which we are pleased to say is rare), then we will do their utmost to fix the situation and will offer a replacement or full refund. Since our products are Limited Edition, you will more likely be offered a full refund, or credit note in the amount originally spent, valid for 6 months, to purchase online, or retail.

You will simply be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo directly to us. 

Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND GET THE ITEMS DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, you are able to select an alternative address to your billing address at checkout. So if you would like to send a gift directly to a loved one simply change the shipping details at checkout. 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship globally, although certain items may not be available to select destinations due to shipping or contractual constraints.
